Music:

My music is the only way that I can unwind. College life and the brutal confines of a classroom have driven me to procrastinating and practicing the guitar instead. This summer has been nothing but guitar practice. I performed at a coffee shop recently, which did not go well in my book. I have been learning all the new scales...mainly the modes (Dorian, Phrygian,...etc.) I know them I just need to practice them so I have more freedom becoming proficient. People always tell me I'm so good at the guitar, and I have to tell myself that God gave me the gift. I cannot claim my success for my own, for God has allowed me to exceed; even though I may not use it the way he wants all the time. I will never stop playing guitar. There is always more to learn, more to create, and more to explore.
